James Bliefnick Farm / Crop / Commercial Insurance Agent davide@eileragency.com Jim Bliefnick was born in east central Wisconsin and raised on his family’s 365-acre dairy farm. A 4-H leader for many years, Jim also showed cattle throughout the State. He has served on several Board of Directors and is proud to be part of Fond du Lac County’s yearly Holstein Futurity. Attending U.W. – Madison, Jim earned a certificate in Agricultural Management and formed a dairy farm partnership. As a partner on the farm, Jim experienced many aspects of business ownership, from merchandising genetics, to recordkeeping, to machine repair and countless other duties.After the dairy cattle were sold, Jim became a licensed insurance agent and specialized in providing benefits to working families. Jim and his wife Linda, now call Rosendale their home. Jim joined the Eiler Insurance Agency on July 26, 2010 as a farm /crop /commercial insurance agent. Debbie Eiler Owner/Agent debbiee@eileragency.com David was married on Pearl Harbor Day in 1985 and has two children, Nicole and Cody. His wife Debbie Eiler has been employed at Alliance Laundry in Ripon for over 20 years. She was raised on a dairy farm where she milked her dad’s herd, so she’s no stranger to hard work. Debbie became licensed in 1996 for life insurance and is co-owner of the agency, taking calls when she’s home. David credits Debbie with helping him start the agency, saying “if it weren’t for Debbie working during my start up years, I wouldn’t be in business today and I’m very proud to have her for my partner in life and business.

He moved back as he liked the Green Lake area and the people around it.
